Learning at Home During COVID-19: Survey for Parents and Guardians

June 12, 2020

Dear Families:

As you know, 2020 has been a very unusual year. Within this global pandemic, we have asked you to help us as we continued to provide learning opportunities at home for our students.  Please know how appreciative we are of all your support and efforts made to continue learning at home.

This was the first time in our history that we made such an immense shift in how education was provided. As we plan for the 2020-2021 school year, we do not want to lose the opportunity to hear from our families about how learning at home went over the past few months.

We have created the Learning at Home During COVID-19: Survey for Parents & Guardians to find out more about what learning at home looked like for your family so that we can identify any practices that we should continue as well as those opportunities where we can improve.

We want to thank you for taking the time to tell us about your family’s at-home learning experiences during this unique period of school closure in Nova Scotia.  Thank you, once again, for your support as our partners in learning.

Sincerely,

Paul Landry
Regional Executive Director of Education
