This year, we were not able come together with our retirees personally to recognize their many years of dedicated service and significant contributions to students, families and school communities in the Strait Region. On behalf of the Strait Regional Centre for Education, I would like to sincerely thank all students, families and staff for your unwavering support and cooperation during this very unique school year as we adapted to learning, teaching and working from home and our changing circumstances due to the pandemic.
The Strait Regional Centre for Education (SRCE) budget for 2020-2021 has been completed and approved by the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development.

Last week, the At-Home Learning: Parent and Guardian Survey was released to encourage feedback on how learning at home went over the past few months for our families.
Now, we want to give our students in Grades 7-12 the same opportunity so we can find out more about what practices we should continue and our opportunities for improvement.
