Congratulations to East Antigonish Education Centre/Academy students, Charlie Ashawasegai (Grade 9) and Haley Paul (Grade 12), who completed their first Half Marathon in the Cayman Islands on December 2, 2018!! This event is an incredible opportunity where First Nation students from the East Coast come together with Indigenous youth from across Canada including Nunavik, Northern Ontario and Northern Quebec, as students, athletes, roles models and as philanthropists.

Due to the impending weather forecast for tomorrow, Thursday, November 29, 2018, the early dismissal and parent/teacher meetings originally scheduled for the day at all schools in the Strait Region have been postponed. The early dismissal and parent/teacher meetings will now take place on Tuesday, December 4, 2018.
Please note that the New Teacher Support Program originally scheduled for Tuesday, December 4, 2018, has been rescheduled to Thursday, December 6, 2018.
The session will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 pm at SAERC.
